Ya tenemos aquí a todos los nominados a los premios The Game Awards 2024, la gran gala y evento que cerrará el año anunciando el "GOTY oficial" de la industria y los mejores videojuegos (o DLCs, o expansiones, o remakes...) que hemos podido disfrutar este 2024.
A través de un vídeo, su presentador y productor Geoff Keighley ha dado todos los nombres, donde los principales favoritos son Astro Bot y Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, que compiten por siete premios, incluido el de Juego del año, aunque ojo también con Metaphor: ReFantazioy sus seis nominaciones.

Descubre a todos los nominados a The Game Awards 2024
Estos nominados, elegidos por un jurado formado por varios de los principales medios del panorama mundial, optarán a un total de 27 premios, y habrá un 90% del peso de los votos sobre este mismo jurado y un 10% al peso de los votos de los fans a través de la página web del evento. Tenéis hasta el 11 de diciembre para votar.
Sony Interactive Entertainment es el editor más nominado a los premios con 16 nominaciones, seguido de Square Enix y Xbox con 12 nominaciones cada uno, y Sega con 11.
La gala se celebrará en el Peacock Theater de Los Ángeles el viernes 13 de diciembre a la 1:30 de la madrugada en España (16:30 h PT/19:30 h ET) y por supuesto se esperan grandes anuncios, montones de vídeos de juegos ya conocidos que presentarán nuevo contenido, estrellas invitadas y actuaciones musicales de The Game Awards Orchestra, dirigida por Lorne Balfe, popular compositor de música conocido por su trabajo en películas como Mission Impossible, Black Adam o Bad Boys Ride or Die, además de su gran contribución a los videojuegos como Assassin's Creed, Dragon Age o Beyond: Two Souls.
