Ya se han determinado los nominados para los premios gamescom 2023: el jurado compuesto por periodistas y creadores de juegos alemanes e internacionales ha seleccionado los títulos más prometedores de una variedad de presentaciones.
Uno de los nominados más prometedores es Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon de Bandai Namco Entertainment con un total de siete nominaciones. Otro fuerte contendiente es The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom de Nintendo con cuatro nominaciones, seguido de REKA (Emberstorm Entertainment / Fireshine Games) y The Wandering Village (Stray Fawn Studio) con tres nominaciones cada uno.

Este año el premio gamescom se entregará en un total de 16 categorías. Los fanáticos y visitantes de gamescom decidirán junto con el jurado profesional de los premios quién recibirá los codiciados trofeos.
El inicio de la votación será en gamescom: Opening Night Live mañana martes 22 de agosto. Hasta el jueves 24 de agosto a las 14:00 (CEST), los fans y visitantes de gamescom pueden votar por sus favoritos en las categorías Arte y Plataforma, así como las categorías "Best of Show Floor" y "Best Trailer/Announcement" en la página oficial o en el sitio a través del código QR.
El ganador de la categoría Green Studio of the Year de gamescom se anunciará durante gamescom: Opening Night Live. Todos los demás ganadores se anunciarán durante la entrega de premios de gamescom el viernes 25 de agosto.
